Last on the Frontier Building Supply family tree, is our Friday Harbor location. This yard is something of a departure from the full service yards elsewhere. Despite a small staff and a basic inventory, this “satellite” yard provides the San Juan Islands with a mainland link making it possible to get those hard to find items and get them quick. A regularly scheduled supply truck brings materials in several times each week and outgoing shipments to all of the San Juan islands is their stock in trade. Look for this yard to be a permanent fixture in Friday Harbor and to have a profound effect on building materials distribution throughout the San Juans.
